Wow! Great service and peeps at the front of the house were super helpful, friendly, cheerful. Tremendous baked goods! I ordered a huge sheet cake (carrot cake) and it is perfect. Then I “had to” buy baklava! Total surprise, fantastic, a hint of rose water in it. I then accidentally had several other cookies and treats for in my bag including some beautiful biscotti. You really need to visit.

I am visiting this area for a month. After 3 weeks of searching for a true bakery (every place I went only made bread), I finally found Potter's. They are everything a true confectionary bakery should be. The pastries are creative and delicious, the donuts are light and airy, the chocolate icing is fantastic, and the cookies - oh the cookies! Do not miss this little slice of heaven!

I stopped in Potter's this morning to pick up a cake and donuts for my son's birthday. The manager and other employee who helped me were so friendly and patient as I made the very difficult decision on which sweets to get. Everything we've tried so far has been delicious! Highly recommend stopping here!!

This is a great bakery! We went on a girl's trip to Traverse City, and this was a perfect little spot before heading out on a boat for the day. We bought lots of donuts and a breakfast sandwich to go. The staff was so friendly, and there's lots of local goods to purchase while you are there! We will definitely be back.

So many large, beautiful pastries I had a hard time deciding what to get! Definitely takes the spot as my favorite donut shop and I live 2.5 hours away. The staff were super friendly and the prices are very fair for the quality of food, $2-$3 per pastry, and these things are bigger than your hand! Will come again next time I'm in town for work.
